Get answers to common questions about Powder Brows.

Most clients enjoy Powder Brows for 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure. Oily skin may fade sooner. We recommend a color touch-up within 12–18 months to refresh pigment and maintain desired definition and tone.

A topical anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort, so most clients report only mild pressure or scraping sensations. Pain tolerance varies, but treatment is generally well tolerated. Communicate with your technician for breaks or extra numbing if needed.

Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, aspirin, retinol and strong exfoliants for at least 48–72 hours before your appointment. Do not tweeze or tint brows for two weeks. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and bring photos of desired shapes.

Immediately after treatment brows appear darker and more defined. Expect light scabbing and flaking within the first week as pigment settles. Color softens over 4–6 weeks; final results are visible after complete healing and your scheduled touch-up.

Yes — Powder Brows work well for sparse or absent brows. The technique builds soft density and shape using shading rather than hair strokes. A consultation will determine ideal shape, pigment choice and whether multiple sessions are needed.

Avoid makeup, swimming, saunas, heavy sweating and facial treatments for at least 7–10 days. Cleanse gently and apply recommended aftercare ointment. Resume active ingredients like retinols and acids only after four weeks or once fully healed.
