Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Extensions - Volume Infill.

We recommend infills every two to three weeks to maintain density and fullness. Timing depends on your natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and how quickly extensions shed. Your stylist can personalize the schedule during consultations to keep the set looking its best.

Avoid oil-based cleansers, rubbing eyes, and heavy mascaras for 24-48 hours and in general. Sleep on your back when possible and use approved lash cleansers. These steps prevent premature adhesive breakdown and help extensions last longer.

When applied and maintained by trained technicians using proper isolation and weight techniques, infills do not cause long-term damage. Regular infills and proper at-home care protect natural lashes and minimize stress on follicles.

A standard volume infill takes about 45 to 75 minutes depending on retention and amount of regrowth. Your stylist will assess and give a more accurate timeframe at booking based on your individual set.

Minor adjustments—like curl, length, or fan density—can often be made during an infill. Significant style changes may require a full removal and reapplication to ensure safe weight distribution and optimal results.

No downtime is required; you can resume normal activities immediately. Follow aftercare: avoid water, steam, and eye makeup for 24-48 hours, use oil-free products, and gently cleanse lashes daily to maintain adhesion.
