Get answers to common questions about Lash Extensions - Salon Transfer Client.
A thorough assessment of your existing lashes, consultation about desired adjustments, gentle removal of poorly placed extensions if necessary, and a tailored infill to match length, curl, and volume. Appointment length depends on condition and corrective needs.
Yes. We welcome transferred clients and carefully evaluate incoming sets. Depending on attachment quality and hygiene, we’ll either proceed with an infill, perform corrective work, or recommend removal and a fresh set for optimal results.
Ideally book within two to four weeks of your last application for best retention and easier matching. If more time has passed, we’ll assess lash growth and shedding to decide between a standard infill or corrective service.
Yes. If extensions are damaging natural lashes or improperly adhered, our artists will gently remove them using safe, professional techniques before performing an infill. Removal helps prevent further damage and ensures the new work adheres properly and looks seamless.
We strive to match existing length, curl, and volume whenever safe and feasible. If your current set compromises lash health, we’ll recommend subtle adjustments to protect natural lashes while achieving a similar aesthetic and lasting results.
Avoid water, steam, and heavy exercise for twenty-four to forty-eight hours; skip oil-based products and eyelash tinting. Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie and schedule infills every two to three weeks to maintain fullness and lash health.
