Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Extensions - Classic Infill.

We recommend scheduling Classic Infill every two weeks to replace naturally shed extensions and preserve a full set. Depending on your growth cycle and lifestyle, your technician may adjust timing between one to three weeks.

When applied by a certified technician with correct isolation and gentle adhesive, Classic Infill minimizes stress on natural lashes. Regular, properly spaced maintenance and good aftercare reduce risk of damage and support healthy lash growth.

A Classic Infill appointment typically takes 45 to 60 minutes depending on how many extensions need replacing and your natural lash spacing. First-time consults or heavy regrowth may take slightly longer.

Mascara—especially waterproof—is not recommended as it can clump and shorten extension life. Oil-based serums can weaken adhesive; use only lash-safe, oil-free products and check with your technician before applying any serums.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid oil-based eye products for 24 hours prior. Plan to skip intense steam or saunas immediately before your visit and bring any previous appointment notes if available.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for 24 to 48 hours, and refrain from oil-based cleansers. Gently cleanse and brush lashes daily, sleep on your back if possible, and book your next infill in two weeks.
